Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Joel Madden just got into a huge fight with Spencer Pratt (Heidi's boyfriend on The Hills) at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday afternoon.
Apparently Joel went up to Spencer and accused him of talking smack about Nicole.
The two had to be restrained before it got physical and Madden was reportedly escorted out.
How very adult!
