For the fourth week in a row, Josh Groban tops the U.S. album charts with his holiday album, Noel.
And, for the fourth week in a row, Gorban's sales have increased from the week prior!
This week, his album sold 666,000+ copies.
By the end of December not only will Groban have the biggest selling Christmas album of all time, but….
Josh is also on track to have the biggest selling album of 2007!!!!!!!
Insane.

YAY!!! I love Josh Groban he has soo much talent its crazy! his voice is amazing!!! he has alot more talent then most of these singers out there and he doesn't get recognized a lot so its nice that Perez is actually supporting Josh! yay go Perez!! Thanks so much for posting this! Josh Groban is such a cutie with a huge amount of Talent!!

he cant have the biggest xmas album of all time… yet. mariah has sold 4million in the states and 10 mill all over the world with merry xmas. without a real classic like AIWFCIY the album wont be as recurrent in future holiday seasons. i love his voice but better get your number right. 666k? lol

First of all, it came out in early October. No one buys Christmas music in October. Second of all, it has been in the top ten since it's release (I believe 10 weeks on the charts), the last 4…yes 4 of which, it was at #1 with increases every week. Yes, I agree, it didn't hurt him to be on Oprah…but it has more to do with the fact that this young man is actually talented, unlike most of the 'so-called' artists out there.

Actually, according to RIAA certification, it has sold 4 million…it is quadruple platinum. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but that is 4 million just in the US.

You are absolutely correct for two reasons:
1. His father is Jewish, and not his mother
2. His father converted from Judaism into another religion
So technically under traditional Jewish Halakhah…he is not Jewish by any means.
Congratulations to Josh. How nice it is to see a talented and hard working artist find success. I personally think "Noel" is a classic which will still be listened to for many years to come.

josh groban is absolutely amazing! in this world of singers who use computer technology to make their voices sound good or just people who don't have very powerful voices….josh groban's voice truly stands out! he has one of the most powerful and beautiful voices i have ever heard and he has more talent than any of the other singers in hollywood! i love josh groban…he truly deserves the fame and money! YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
