Just read comments, good point that it could have been spoofed easily. You could contact your email provider and see if they can trace the address (it can come from many bounced sources to shield the real sender).

When you use the email address from your place of employment, you are representing that company. Some of your readers are not using the e-mail address you have posted and are bashing an individuals reputation out here in Lorain Ohio, not Beechwood Ohio but Lorain Ohio. Beechwood is east of Cleveland and Lorain is far west of Cleveland.
As one responsible blog owner to another, I would rather appreciate an apology to the OTHER Diane Wargo posted on the WOM blog by you. I know that if our readers or writers had crossed the line that we would do this without a second thought.
