it's been proven time and time again that whatever you do online has a way of being traced back to you; so even if you think you are posting something anonymously, you can be found out. (just a word of wisdom).

It went out to the Chairman, VP, EVERYONE. He also put a receipt on it and whenever someone opened it and read it I was alerted. The moral of this story is always put a screensaver with a password on your computer so no-one can use it when you are away from your desks…..

The "celebs" who usually generate that kind of a response are usually the ones (people/fans) who form the "cult mentality" toward that celeb.
It is always fascinating to see the interaction between folks who are rational toward a certain celeb v.s. the one's who think they are the final authority on the object of their obsession.

Well there's lots of things that her employer could (and should) do to verify that this indeed come from Diane Wargo.
Checking the e-mail logs, checking the website history (if she's got that big a beef with Perez, there will probably be LOTS of cases of the site being looked at which will co-incide with her shift times)
Since it's Perez's e-mail of the day, no doubt he's double checked the IP address where the e-mail came from and found it to be legit.
E-mail addy's can be spoofed, but any employer worth their salt is going to do the extra IT verifications before they hand her her hat and tell her not to let the door hit her on the way out.
(and I trust that Perez is net savvy enough to know when his ass is covered legally and justifiably before throwing idiot spammers to the lions)

Also, the reason Perez did this is simply because this person was stupid enough to email from a work address. He would never do this to someone posting a comment, from work or not. Finally, this is a good lesson to ALL of us. So many people become horribly viscious when they get behind a computer screen, it is quite sad. It's good to know that even in the cyber space, we all need to be accountable for our actions.

in IT. The chances of this email being spoofed or someone hacking into
her account are thus highly unlikely. Also.. project manager is a
professional occupation. One that requires a bachelor's degree at the
