See You Again is a total rip-off of I Wear My Sunglasses At Night, but it's also a super fun and sleek and sexy pop song.
Plus, tweens today probably never heard the original song in the '80s!
We really shouldn't like Miley's song, but we do. A lot. And radio seems to be catching on to the song too.

Don't think Miley Cyrus, herself, would get sued for this. It would go straight to the writers and producers of the song who re-created it without authorized permission by the original writers. However, in my opinion, the two songs sound nothing alike. The only similar part to me is when he says "I Wear My Sunglasses at night" compared to "I got my sight set on you.". Both songs are such hits, and I love them both.

Yeah, the beat and certain parts do sound similar….but, Im a 21 year old fan of Mileys and I DID know Cory Heart's song!!
