The Hills villain paid a surprise visit to North Carolina last week. He and a friend visited a high school and gave out nearly $20,000.00.

I think The Hills probably does play up his bad guy image alittle much. Hes probably not at bad as they make it seem. But hes obviously not that great, especially if he feels the only way to save himself is by going out and just dropping 20k. Not to mention thats the best thing he could come up with? He is milking publicity. Yes, he's been seen doing some charity and Yes…that is a good bonus. But, he's Hamming it up always…(and his comment about reality shows comparison to movies….OMG) it's still pretty irritating to see him, even it's for a good cause. But….(as hard as it is to admit this)…it's beneficial for the charities/help if he brings it…..
Even though if I were to hear he was making an appearance somewhere for a cause….AS BAD AS THIS IS….I sooooo would not go because it IS him!

I can vouch for the high school that received the money, as I graduated from there. It's a poor run-down town and will certainly benefit from any $. I personally know the "producer" Ron Feemster. He's an incredibly sweet, humble person and if he's influencing this dude in a positive way, then more power to him. At least Spencer's not getting a DUI - NC can use the help!
I think it is totally awesome. I wish I could have been there. I absolutely love that show. and what makes it so awesome is that I graduated from Kings Mountain High School last year. Why couldnt i have been a year later? lol.
