Sean Preston Federline was spotted in a car following an ambulance that carried his mother as she was rushed to the emergency room on Thursday night.
Britney was found to be under the influence of an unknown substance, police said.
Police were called to Spears' house after she held her children hostage, defying a court order to return custody of her children to Kevin Federline at the legally-mandated time.
Spears is currently being held at Cedars Sinai Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation.
After that, we hope she's arrested!
We hope Tater Tot and Small Fry get a lot of counseling.

That photo just about says it all. That poor little boy, sitting in that car so late at night instead of being safely tucked into bed. This is such a tragic situation. I hope this time the judge will order Britney into psychiatric care for at least 30 days so she can get the help she so desperately needs. It doesn't take a medical degree to figure out that she was suffering from post-partum depression after having baby #2 and she's most likely also bi-polar. If she is ever properly diagnosed and treated she will have a chance to get herself back on track and be the mother her boys deserve. There's no way that her behavior could have spun out of control this fast unless it was due to a chemical and/or hormonal imbalance and complicated by illegal drugs and/or alcohol abuse. Where the hell are her parents? Oh yeah, they're busy dealing with their 16 year old pregnant daughter. How pathetic. And the real losers in all this are those precious little boys.
