Star magazine editorial director Bonnie Fuller has written this article claiming that Britney had her big breakdown Thursday night on purpose.
For real!
Fuller hypothesizes that Brit Brit was jealous of all the attention that little sister Jamie Lynn was getting because of her teenage pregnancy, which drove Unfitney to act out.
Now, we had joked that Britney would do something to upstage her sister, but come on!!!

Divorce and child custody is horrible to live through. In this case I hope the COURT APPOINTS AN ATTORNEY FOR THE CHILDREN, so their interest is protective and not both parents. I think that is the only way to bring so peace to the whole situation and it is not a power struggle for both sides. Maybe the Court appoint attorney for the children can help end this mess.

Her latest troubles began around 8 p.m. Thursday when officers were called to her home to help resolve a dispute over her refusal to turn the children over to Federline, as dictated by their custody agreement.
It took two to three hours to resolve the conflict, said Officer Ana Aguirre.
"There was a time where she was within the residence and wasn't available to be speaking to the officers, apparently," she said. "There was no threat to the children."
"Police resolved the conflict," Aguirre said. "Both children were turned over to her ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody, and she was in fact taken to a local hospital for medical treatment."
Early police reports said officers thought Spears might have been under the influence of some substance, but Aguirre said there was no evidence of that.
"Our understanding is that was not the case," she said.
Officers at the scene determined that paramedics "needed to be called" but it was unclear why, she said.
"We're not aware of any type of injuries that she sustained" and she was not combative with authorities, Aguirre said.
Spears wasn't arrested in connection with the custody dispute, Aguirre said.
"There was no actual crime that was involved," the police spokeswoman said.
I don't think what Britney is doing has anything to do with her sister. Brit has SERIOUS mental problems. She may be bipolar or have any number of other mental illnesses. As we have all seen with Britney's erratic behavior something is seriously wrong with her mental health. Her problems go deeper than anyone of us could ever imagine. Just try to envision yourself growing up as the MOST popular person in the whole WORLD. What would that do to you? Subconciously I'm sure this has to do with her needing- and i stress needing the attention.

As a nurse working in the mental health field, I find this to be, sadly, "normal" behavior for a person with any number of mental illnesses. "Normal" meaning completely abnormal to 99% of us. But no way was this "planned" or on purpose! True, last night was completely messed up, and no, that doesn't happen on a regular basis, but most people with MI don't have millions of dollars to hide behind, and are usually forced into help or onto the streets before something like this happens. I find it terribly sad, not only for Britney, but for the people I see everyday that already have a stigma to live with, and now with Britney and the paps and all the circus that surrounds her, MI has become even more "laughable" by the general public. You can't help what you are born with, people! This is REALLY serious!
