Star magazine editorial director Bonnie Fuller has written this article claiming that Britney had her big breakdown Thursday night on purpose.
For real!
Fuller hypothesizes that Brit Brit was jealous of all the attention that little sister Jamie Lynn was getting because of her teenage pregnancy, which drove Unfitney to act out.
Now, we had joked that Britney would do something to upstage her sister, but come on!!!

do some research on bi polar she is having ã episode . she probably stopped taking her medz thinking she was cured. my friend has it and she would do things to get attention eg. like barf outside ã bar to get the attention she craved. she also slept around too and had suicide episodes.but, I don't think brit would hurt her kids on purpose or go to that extreme. she probably was really depressed. hell, no. it's not for attention, she's not drugged up, and she isn't crazy (in my humble opinion). her life is so removed from "normal" because of her own experiences. she's under an insane amount of stress with the custody battle. she had her very young son in her arms, which she is permitted to do rarely, and her maternal instincts told her to hang onto him, to keep him with her. all the laws and rules and court decisions in the world can't keep a mother, dysfunctional or not, from wanting to be with her kids. if anything, i would say this is further proof of her sobriety. if she were fucked up on drugs, she would be numbing it all out. only when we're sober do we feel the strength of our natural urges, such as parenthood. she's having an unimaginably awful, stress-filled time in her life right now, and she may have snapped, temporarily, but i seriously doubt she's clinically insane. she's just an unfortunate young mother in a heap of trouble.

I think th@ her sisters issue, plus the fear of loosing her children, plus the fact that her lawyers quit on her had a lot, if not all to do with Britney's break down. I mean… lets be honest, she never really stopped getting her daily attention and her sister's issue basically died down the day after it was announced. Britney never lost her fame. You don't need drugs etc to have a nervous breakdown. All that's needed is a continual stream of stress for a long length of time. I'm surprised this didn't happen sooner. She needs medication to handle the stress and anxiety though as well as any other mental problems she might have.

So to answer your question, I ABSOLUTELY think its a calculated show on Brits part to get all the media spotlight back on her.

It's seems like she is doing everything in her power not to have to take any responsibility for her kids. She doesn't show up for court dates, stays out all night when she has the kids.
