Despite reports to the contrary, Nickelodeon will go ahead as planned and air the fourth season of Jamie Lynn Spears' kids show, Zoey 101.
They're probably hoping her teen pregnancy controversy will help boost ratings!
The upcoming season will be the last for the show, as it's always been planned.

Parents should BOYCOTT NICKELODEON! Why are we letting are KIDS watch these shows? The shows that are allegedly for children are obnoxious and, more often than not, the humor is very adult (in a much more obvious, obnoxious way than, say "Bugs Bunny". And, the shows TARGETED at pre-teens are really for teens. Why are parents playing into this Marketing Machine that is really forcing their kids to grow up faster than they need to (or should, IMO). Jamie Lynn is an incredibly bad role model. It's shocking that they didn't fire her on the spot. That should prove to parents that it's all about the money and NOT about quality programming for kids. BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT!!

seriously … all you guys need to grow up. if JL wasn't famous this wouldn't be an issue. all those other people out there who got preg when they were in their teens never got this much attention. people make mistakes .. and it just so happens that someone famous made it.
YAY!!! I love Zoey 101, (m only 14 so its not creepy)
and although i do think that this might be bad for impressionable young girls, i am glad it wasnt cancelled. up until this jamie appeared to be the height of sensibiltity, good luck to her.

Sure, go ahead and air the show! Let young girls know it's ok to have sex at 15 and be mothers by 16. It's impossible to make a pregnant 16 year old CHILD look like she's in a positive situation. Way to be a role model Jamie Lynn! Now every young, impressionable girl is going to think a baby is the new Prada bag. If JL's mother helps her raise this child, will we get another Britney? We wonder where Jamie Lynn's morals and values were at, but then again — all she had to look up to was her psychopathic mother and bipolar sister. It's no wonder she's in the place she's at right now.

Wow..where to start?…I guess this is just a prime example of the state of our country. I seriously thank God every day that I have a son and not a daughter. There are no role models left for girls or women for that matter.
fair enough ok shes pregant but doesnt mean you should stop your kids watchin zoey101 . shes 16 legally legal in the uk dnt on abvout the usa. Yeah shes too youbut shes not excaly planning t be pregant as the character zoey so whats the big deal ?

Re: EMT – read what I'm saying…SHE made a mistake…however, there will be a child involved … get over the political correctnes…and I"m not sugar coating everything - I say leave her and her fam alone - let them deal with it…the KID isnt the mistake but with everyone saying it and with her being a celeb - eventually this kid will hear about it and then we'll have another confused/sad Spears child - give it a rest

Jamie made a mistake, like lots of other teens do. None the less, this baby is a miracle and should be treated as much. All the spears family wants right now is obviously gossip and drama, so stop giving it to them. we all know that they are a messed up family. leave it at that.
who are we to say about someone that already has more money than most of us will ever have in our whole lives, is too young to have a child? just because you are the general public does not equate you being right and her being wrong. You might (gasp) simply just be a player hater.
