She used to go by the name "Verbalicious", and thought she was gonna blow after she had one hit tune here in the UK, coupled with a part on a big BBC comedy show. Her album flopped and she was dropped.
So now, she's changed both her real name and her stage name, AND her whole style (she used to dress very wigger-ish, do a google search for verbalicious and you will see) in an attempt to make some sort of comeback.
