A mentally unstable Britney Spears and her new paparazzi boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, have once again left Los Angeles.
The pair were seen boarding a private plane at Van Nuys Airport on Wednesday.
Destination unknown as of now.

I don't think Brit does all these crazy things for nothing - there's always a personal reason (e.g. the night she shaved her head she also got a tattoo - that covered up the matching tattoo that she got with K-Fed when they got married.)
