A mentally unstable Britney Spears and her new paparazzi boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, have once again left Los Angeles.
The pair were seen boarding a private plane at Van Nuys Airport on Wednesday.
Destination unknown as of now.

There are three scenarios: 1) This is a scary situation. The guy has been following her for 7 years; he's attempted to sell her pictures; he is known to have a temper; there is another unidentified male on the plane; she has been speaking in a British accent on and off; she's aware her family wants her to commit; at this point he probably could talk her into going anywhere to keep away from her family OR she will get him to go anywhere with her. 2) She is flying to see her cousin Alli in New York. 3) Wouldn't it be nice if he has talked her into getting help and taking her to an undisclosed clinic - but we know that's not true. If I were her family I would be scared and do whatever is necessary to get her help. They know people or know people who know people, etc., etc. This guy 'appears' to be another enabler and the situation is very, very scary to me. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think this is going to turn out well.

I find it strange that Kevin never fought for custody of his other children. Doesn't anyone see that Britney is just fighting for her children. She is going nuts because Kevin has this crazy lawyer which has rope around her neck. He is just after her money and she is trying to hold on. I think everyone should give her a break. First, it's not easy to force adults into mental health treatment. It's because of the law about patient rights. People have the right to refuse treatment and then after she got out of the hospital she has not done anything from what we see that makes her a danger to self or others or that she is gravely disable (which means she can't feed herself,take showers, clothes or find shelter). At this time she has been seen hanging out with a paparazzo and being exentric. Patients are covered by patient rights (if no patients rights existed, lot of abuse would happen like your mate could comit to the asylum because he or she want to break up. Working in the mental health field, I know that family despite their good intentions can increase her risk of a psychotic crisis. At this level only professionals can intervene with a trusted individual. Everything is about trust. Sorry to let you know but the family is usually part of the problem. They have to come later during family therapy.
