She's awesome and talented, BUT synthpop is ovah'. It's all about instrumentation, interesting lyrics instead of predictable trite ones, artist collaborations instead of paid hitmakers, and innovation. RIP backstreet, nsync, britney, christina, and american idol.

Granted, singles from previous album "20 Y.O." weren't exactly radio-friendly, but in Island Def Jam bow "Feedback," she gives us the goods for a meaningful return to pop and R&B airwaves. The song features a gracious dance groove, but more so, supplies a singalong hook and distinctive melody— a funked-up "All for You," perhaps.
