Unfitney's Visitation Suspended "Indefinitely"!!!

The court ruled that there will be no change to Britne Spears' current visitation to her two children on Monday.
In other words, she gets NO visitation.
"This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commisioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day," a court officer said at a press conference Monday afternoon.
There is another court hearing scheduled for February 19th.
Until then, there is a possibility that Britney could see her kids if her lawyers ask for an emergency hearing before the 19th and a change is made to visitation at that time.
The court officer expressed displeasure with Spears' lack of communication with the sheriff's department.
"The word victory is not something that Mister Federline nor his counsel would ascribe to the result of the court ruling today," said K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan at the press conference.
He added, "There is no jouyoys feeling tin this this is grave situation for everyone. At some point, it is Mister Federline's hope to parent the minor children with particiation from the mother."
Five witnesses testified on Monday. They included two LAPD officers, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, court-appointed monitor Pamela Strong, who was present during Spears' meltdown this month, and Lonnie Jones, Brit Brit's former bodyguard.
Britney was not required to be at court on Monday. She showed up but left without entering the courtroom.
If she cared for her kids, she probably would have shown up and done what her lawyers advises!!!
Thankfully the court made the right decision on Monday.

It's truly not fair to say she doesn't care about her kids and that if she did, she would have shown up today. It's unfair b/c she is mentally ill and lacks the capacity to understand anything. Be glad that the system finally took some kids out of a situation that is bad, unlike so many other children in our country that are ignored by DHS and end up being abused repeatedly, not fed and the like.
Someday, when she is better she will look back and be very embarrassed of her life right now, her actions, her looks, her behavior. But will be thankful that Kevin stepped up and took his kids out of an unstable environment.

I've said this ALL ALONG: I truly believe her actions stem from Post Partum Depression. When left un-diagnosed it only gets worse and worse. I feel for her. I think she is SO far gone that she cannot control her actions. She needs to take a LONG ass break from LA and chill in a small town in the Midwest. Her kids need to be her # 1 priority, but they can't be until she makes HERSELF her priority to get better mentally. Only then can she be a good mother. I wish her the best of luck.

She needs help and I am glad this happened. She needs to feel the absence of her kids whom she claims to all is her entire life. She needs to feel that pain and to realize she doesn't control the world around her. It is just sad that it takes the court to be the first to ever tell her NO!.
I think that only truly feeling the absence of her babies will she feel the pain and maybe do what she needs to and get help. Only feeling the pain will she maybe take an honest look at her life and those around her. She will have to realize what she is doing isn't working… and maybe those that are advising her are not telling her what is best…and maybe she needs good advisement…and maybe for once she will realize she needs to listen to the good advice.
Yeah maybe she is so lost in her world that even this won't help. But I am hoping that maybe the pain of not seeing her babies at all for such a long time will be a wake up call. She has never been away from her kids this long. I think it will cause some reaction…hopefully for the kids sake…a good reaction.
I really think with the display she showed today she was expecting a poor poor britney…especially with the touch of the church. So I wouldn't be suprised if she is sitting at home shocked and …upset

Questions:
1. What happened to personal assistant Carla? Since Adnan has been on the scene full-time, Carla has seemed to disappear.
2. Who is the hot young guy that was in the car with Brit-Ad-Sam today? He's the same guy who was in the car at one of the gas station stops after the return from Mexico.
3. Often after non-responsiveness from a parent, family court may decide to request a TPR or Termination of Parental Rights where basically the parent's right to be a parent is terminated. Will this happen in Britney's case? Interestingly when a TPR is done, the parent who's right have been terminated is no longer legally or financially responsible for the children. It would not be in K-Fed's best interests to have Britney TPR'ed.
4. What's up with the white lace? The other night at the gas station stop, Brit was wearing a lovely white lacey blouse (see question 2 above) , then there was the redux wedding dress and today more lacey white. Wha' up wit dat?

This is the nail on the coffin, Brit. This whole fiasco has become boring and tiresome. Unfortunately, there are two sweet innocent little boys caught in the crossfire. It's entertainment for us, but, their lives. I could only hope that this ends peacefully with Britney cleaning up her act and being a true mother to co-parent these boys. You think she is doing this on purpose for publicity? What dumb fuck is this stupid to want this type of publicity? She's broken. She won't let anyone help her. She's irrational.
