Unfitney's Visitation Suspended "Indefinitely"!!!

The court ruled that there will be no change to Britne Spears' current visitation to her two children on Monday.
In other words, she gets NO visitation.
"This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commisioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day," a court officer said at a press conference Monday afternoon.
There is another court hearing scheduled for February 19th.
Until then, there is a possibility that Britney could see her kids if her lawyers ask for an emergency hearing before the 19th and a change is made to visitation at that time.
The court officer expressed displeasure with Spears' lack of communication with the sheriff's department.
"The word victory is not something that Mister Federline nor his counsel would ascribe to the result of the court ruling today," said K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan at the press conference.
He added, "There is no jouyoys feeling tin this this is grave situation for everyone. At some point, it is Mister Federline's hope to parent the minor children with particiation from the mother."
Five witnesses testified on Monday. They included two LAPD officers, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, court-appointed monitor Pamela Strong, who was present during Spears' meltdown this month, and Lonnie Jones, Brit Brit's former bodyguard.
Britney was not required to be at court on Monday. She showed up but left without entering the courtroom.
If she cared for her kids, she probably would have shown up and done what her lawyers advises!!!
Thankfully the court made the right decision on Monday.

How can anyone conclude that she doesn't want her children because of this? It's impossible to step into the mind of the mentally ill unless you are either there or have been there. When the cops had to come and physically remove her children from her arms that was a pretty good indication she wants her children but because of her current psychosis right now she is not stable enough to be a mother. It does not mean she doesn't want to be one. The children are safe. The father isn't fooling anyone either but they are safe with him at this time. TPR does not absolve a parent of her financial responsibility to her children. The state can compel the parent to pay child support as long as the child is entitled. The child has a right to support and the child's rights remain intact. The parent is simply ruled ineligible for cause to retain her rights to contact with her children and any role in their upbringing.

Then as I've watched this unfold, I've gone from thinking she was spoiled, to thinking she was selfish, to at times feeling she might be a victim and even being very angry and offended at the way she seemed to be treating her relationship with her kids. Re: Kristy – When a person is so mentally ill and psychotic you have to imagine that they aren't even in touch with reality enough to be able to kiss and tuck anyone in (or be able to take care of themselves.) That's what mental illness does to a person. It renders them disabled and they are not living in the world that you are living in. Which means that, no, when a person is that ill they cannot be a fit parent or even take care of themselves. Britney needs psychiatric help for herself first. She's so sick that she can't even take care of her kids or handle herself. Any normal person could not imagine what it would be to live life like that. But I saw my Aunt who was bipolar and constantly in and out of mental hospitals live like that. And her older daughter had to raise her younger one because she was too ill to raise her children, kiss them, and tuck them in every night. I am a mother of three little girls. I cannot imagine losing my babies and not showing uo to the court to fight to have them back. She is in need of some major help.
WHY THE H#*% do they keep extending the court dates?!?!?! Are they expecting her to change??? Why waste the courts time and taxpayers money extending these deposition dates when the actual hearing is scheduled for April?!?! Leave the kids with Kevin Federline, see what she does between now and April (you know there will be plenty), then make the final decision. This is ridiculous!! Those children deserve better than their father worrying whether or not he'll be sharing custody again before April. The court should let things settle down for them!!
