BRITNEY’S SUICIDE NOTE
The warning signs were there - but few knew the extent of Britney Spears' anguish, until now. Days before Britney was rushed to the hospital on January 4, she left a suicide note, In Touch has exclusively learned. According to the insider, the troubled pop star, left it on her bathroom counter, where it was allegedly found by Sam Lutfi. "The letter was very sad," says a friend. "It was filled with reasons why she shouldn't live, included lines from poems about death. She said in it she was sorry for never making her life what everyone else wanted. She mentioned how lonely and unfair life could be, how peaceful death seems and how your mind would finally be at ease." The friend adds, "She went on and on about wanting to just rest in peace."

If this article is in fact true than there is something that you should know. Death doesn’t let you off the hook it is not a solution and there is no peace in death when the person’s life went unfulfilled. You are facing probably the biggest challenge of your life right now and you are unwilling to face reality in hopes that it will just go away. It doesn’t go away I know I’ve been there. Everything probably seems pretty overwhelming and you don’t know how you are going to fix it by yourself. Truth is you can’t do it by yourself you need the guidance of the Lord and the support of your family. There is no shame in admitting that you need help. Everyone does at some point in there life. The thing you have to remember is the Lord never gives us more than we can handle. Just keep praying, have faith and keep going. You can do this! This quote has always helped me and I hope it helps you .

I, like many people, have dealt with depression and was even diagnosed as bipolar as a teen. Its a terrifying thing. You have this fuck-the-world attitude, but a minute later you could be breaking down and crying for help. usually when someone is ready to kill themselves, they seem to be more upbeat and serene. But that's b/c they know their pain and suffering will soon end. Those around her should pay attention to her body language and her behaviour b/c if she's leaving notes behind, then something will happen eventually. Nobody can stop her if she's determined to take her own life. it's a sad way to end things.
