Anyhow…if you know anything about Scientology, I love how he comments on being "out ethics" and how if someone was indeed to have 'out ethics" that he would not hesitate to turn them in, because he checks himself on it all the time. But would he appreciate it if someone did it to him?
So basically what that is…HAHA OK. It's basically being a snitch. There are certain things you must do in order to be termed "ethical" and if you don't do these things you are "out ethics" now some of this is literally being able to stay true to everything L Ron Hubbard says is true. If you are known to even doubt these ideas you are then deemed "out ethics" and you have to take more courses, etc to get your ethics back up to par.
