He doesn't say how or why things are the way they are, etc. He doesn't say a thing about the "truth" that he knows. It's very bizarre. It's true I live in Florida close to Clearwater ( dont want to mention the actual location for fear of scientologists) and the town is mostly owned my scientology and run by it too! How can this freaky ass cult get away with soooo much. For those of you that dont see "how it is any different than any other religion" look it up! You don't have to pay for church meetings, you donate, "What you can," there is no set fee. Everything in scientology requires money or free (60 hours a week) labor. Then if you give them free labor and leave, then they want money for the time you stayed in their property!!!

Scientology does not have 2000 years of public relations to fall back on in terms of membership so, of course, it's not as large as the more established religions. It is part of the creed of a Scientologist to help whatever way we can. Some people help more, some people don't help as much. But there are very, very few 'Sunday morning' Scientologists. If you call yourself a Scientologist, you recognize your duty to help. You don't sit back and point fingers at those who are helping. You do something.
I know Cruise recognizes the work that people in helping professions do as he was a huge financial supporter of the firefighters that worked during 9/11.
I live in LOndon and in the summer I went to a canal boat festival in Londons Little Venice. Its an annual event with lots of craft and art stalls along the canal.
