The body of actor Brad Renfro was found dead at his home in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The immediate cause of death is not known.
Renfro has had a history of severe drug abuse and repeated legal issues.
He was just 25.

I first saw this kid on The Client and was absolutely bowled over by his talent - I think he about 11 or 12 when he made that. I always thought he was destined for great things but you could see the tragedy in his eyes. What a sad loss for the world.

This is really hitting me hard. Ive been a fan of his for years and for this to really have come from nowhere is truly heart breaking. Last I remember hearing he was getting better but wow. Its really such a shame for someone with his talent to be gone at such a young age. I still cannot believe this has happened. It does not seem real and this is the first time ive been crying and truly feeling devastated over someone I never knew. I enjoyed his acting so much. My heart goes out to all his loved one. This really is a sad situation. Wow. Rest in Peace Brad. May you find the happiness you've been looking for.

I never, ever, post on these celebrity websites, but brad's death really hit home to me for some reason. I remember having a HUGE crush on him when I was younger and arguing with a friend how much hotter he was than Jonathan Taylor Thomas, it all seems so juvenile now. RIP. Hollywood ruins people.

i pretty much ignore negative comments of any kind on websites cuz those people that need to make a statement on something that means nothing to them are just are trying to look cool and theres no arguing it. im kinda glad i wasnt the only one who was rootin for this guy, its weird but i've always had a soft spot for him since i was little. i know how it feels to have drugs have you, or see somebody in that situation and anybody who hanst been there can talk all the shit they want, cuz they have no idea. unfortunately he lost to it.

Very Sad But i cant say that im shocked.Its always sad when you hear or see someone struggling with a drug habit and then to see it ultimately end their lives.His struggle is over now and only God can judge him.
