   what's the bet that all the people here complaining about the mess must be street cleaners themselves, it actually looks quite cool when the balls are all bouncing down the stairs, really happy and colourful, i don't care if you don't see it as art it still is cool to watch, don't take life so seriously guys, these workers get paid to do this, at least they weren't having to pick up dead rats or something from the railway station, lol
