She had a rep issue a denial, yet there she is again - CONSPICUOUSLY holding the dissolvable tobacco crap very publicly as she leaves Diavolina Clothing Botique on Thursday night.

lohan has gotten away with so much crap. tired of this bitch. I hope that people will learn that she messed up not once but many times, had her shot at being a great actress, and blew it. lohan your fucked and not literally!
