That is drastically different!
Miley Cyrus, 15 years old, debuted a new look at the premiere of her 3D concert film at the El Capitan Theater in L.A. on Thursday.
The singer/actress was sporting some much darker hair and some heavy heavy makeup. AND, it looks like she's had veneers put on her teeth too!

shes cute without all this crap, poor kid is gonna be a total mess in a few years - Wipe off the hooker make-up.

I think the new look is too old for her. She works for Disney and most of her fans are little kids. She is sending out a new message saying shes not a little girl anymore…15 still means your just a kid…I have no idea why celebs want to grow up so fast. She should slow down and just enjoy being young…hopefull she stays grounded and this new look doesnt change her.

TBH her teeth used to pis me off before, I couldn't watch her sing or talk because it bothered me so much. So i guess anything is a step up, right?
I really hate it. One of her good qualities was that she was natural - NOT beautiful, or pretty - but cute with a great personality. I hate that she's starting to fix the flaws to try to become a perfect, generic, hollywood girl. Those types are a dime a dozen.

The teeth are a huge improvement. But honestly, I didn't recognize her at all. She looks about 25 in this pic. Disney should rethink the image quickly. Why are these girls growing up so fast these days?

I love it. I think maybe she changed her look to get into the bigtime movies. She's hilarious on her show and a pretty good actress. May be for some dramatic roles. what are you talking about? the only difference i see is that her hair is darker. you can't see her bottom teeth, which on the only ones that are all jacked up in the "before" pic. her top teeth look the same. she looks 15 to me. seriously, i can't believe that eye liner and NUDE lip gloss can make people call you a whore these days. it's the same as before only heavier liner. it's not as though she has on mile-long lashes, red lipstick, and gobs of blush. perez, your idea of drastic is odd.
She looks great. And her makeup doesn't look that heavy, except for the eyeliner which it seems every tween and teen is wearing these days. I'm a little eh on the teeth, but I also admit that if I had the money I would probably get them done too.
That being said - I wouldn't want my daughter to go out like that. But would I be able to stop her? Probably not. At least she isn't 12.

You know what, I have a lot to say, but i'm just going to say one thing. I would never let my 15 year old dress or look like this. I have a daughter that's 14 and she does catalog modeling work for Sears' JCPenny, etc. And she looks like what a 14 year old should look like and she hangs out with her friends in my home. Their are still healthy kids and good parents out here America. Don't lose all faith.
