That is drastically different!
Miley Cyrus, 15 years old, debuted a new look at the premiere of her 3D concert film at the El Capitan Theater in L.A. on Thursday.
The singer/actress was sporting some much darker hair and some heavy heavy makeup. AND, it looks like she's had veneers put on her teeth too!

Even though Jamie Spears turned preggers doesn't mean that every chastity preaching teen is lying. Personally I don't think that many 15 or 16 year olds are experienced enough to even know if they are going to stay abstinent till marriage . . . She looks far too old for her age. The last thing a fifteen year old needs to do, is look sexy. Ecspecially a girl working for Disney, they don't have the best behavior onces they do that. And she just had that rumor about her being pregnant. She should stick to being a little more innocent and younge, at least for a couple more years.

Marilyn Manson wears heavy heavy make up. She just has some foundation, blush an eyeliner. She is going to a Premiere, so she has to look good and different it's a special night for her, plus Perez always looks for the worst picture of stars, the ones where they look the worst, so that he can make people think whatever.
