That is drastically different!
Miley Cyrus, 15 years old, debuted a new look at the premiere of her 3D concert film at the El Capitan Theater in L.A. on Thursday.
The singer/actress was sporting some much darker hair and some heavy heavy makeup. AND, it looks like she's had veneers put on her teeth too!

It's hard to pull off that black eyeliner thing if there's ANY white trash in your family tree….
She looks like a mini Megan Fox, and Megan Fox is hot, although much older!
She loks good though, just a TAD to much make-up
What good example of parenting - they have all the money in the world and she's in entertainment but they never thought to fix her teeth? Instead just cover them up with unhealthy veneers, and at her age. Wow "Country"-living people sure do what's best and natural.
Where the fuck is her mother? I will fucking kill the bitch myself for being a shitty human being and letting her child go out looking like that. She looks like a fucking hooker. Yes, she should be happy in her body, but she shouldn't be offered up as a sex symbol. Yet I'm sure she hasn't had a talk about responsibility, safe sex, and hasn't been taken to a doctor to get birth control because "sex is bad." Yet, she's put out in front of the world looking like she'll suck you for five cents. And my niece looks up to this! NO MORE!

I really dont' see the huge difference. She dyed her hair maybe two levels darker, curled it and threw on more eye makeup. She looks beautiful and at least she's pretty enough to actually pull it off. Give the poor girl a break, she's turning into a woman and sexuality is a huge part of that.

About the teeth… I have a dental background and to me it does not appear she had veneers done. She may have had her teeth whitened but that appears to be all.

Besides the makeup, she does not look THAT different. Her hair is darker than normal, but her hair IS brunette to begin with. And I do not think she has veneers either. Her front teeth look about the same as before. It's her lower teeth (that aren't showing) that might need straightening some. I think she looks pretty, but older than 15. As long as she is not trying to ACT older or get the attention that older girls/women seek, then I see nothing wrong here.
