That is drastically different!
Miley Cyrus, 15 years old, debuted a new look at the premiere of her 3D concert film at the El Capitan Theater in L.A. on Thursday.
The singer/actress was sporting some much darker hair and some heavy heavy makeup. AND, it looks like she's had veneers put on her teeth too!

I love it.. She's growing up so a little more make up is ok as long as she doesn't start comming out half naked it's all good. I've always had a crush on her and I feel like a pedifile.
She luks like a plastic- trying to hard- too much make up- ridiculous.

I love it. I feel that Miley is trying to appeal to an older audience too, and this definitly makes her look the way she wants to sound. More rock and roll and less pop. I'm 17 and love her! I think the dark hair makes her look older and more sophisticated!

This is a bad picture of the new look. Miley looks cute and age appropriate, but this picture makes her look more heavily made-up and seductive since it's taken so close with her mouth open.

Aww… I think she looks very pretty just way too old for her age. If I knew she were in her 20s, I wouldn't give the pic. a second thought but I know she's 15 and it's just too much. I liked her with the lighter/highlighted hair and I think wearing make-up is OK but not that eyeliner. I have to give her props. for looking like that at 15 though…when I was 15, I was super skinny and had no boobs and ungroomed eyebrows…it was a serious awkward phase!
About her teeth- on her show, her teeth always look perfect but she talks with a bit of a lisp. Was she wearing something over her teeth to make them look better?? Maybe she is doing the same in this pic….
