This is surprising!
Paula Abdul is not planning a musical comeback, but she did do a one-off song for her fellow American Idol judge Randy Jackson's new album.
And it's good!!!!! It's actually really good.
Shocking, right?
Sure, the vocals are manipulated beyond belief, but so are Britney's!
The song sounds like something that should have been on Spears' last album or Janet's new one.
It's called Dance Like There's No Tomorrow. It premiered on Seacrets's radio show, and it is bound to go to #1 for Abdul and Jackson on the club play charts.
They may even play this on the radio! It should be played. It's better than a lot of the crap on radio right now.

I can't wait for the day when an Idol auditioner tells Paula that you really don't need to sing well to be a pop star. I wonder how Paula will respond. Or when Paula tells someone that they aren't good enough to be on Idol and they sing better than she does. I don't know why people are makin a big shhit about the voice vocoder used on Paula's vocals. T-Pain has made millions using it…not to mention Britney, Janet, Madonna! All the pop "singers" do it. People are making a big deal about Paula's vocals because she is on a reality show where she judges and dismisses people who can sing better than she can. It is one thing if your job is to find and sign talent or produce talent. Then you know a good singer even if you can't sing yourself. But the only reason Paula is on AI is because she's the talent, the one who supposedly can sing. After hearing her song, if Paula told me I couldn't sing, I'd tell her to f**k herself.
