She has makeup on .. minimal. She's just lacking the spray tan. Makes a huge difference, in her case.

how and what you grow up around is what your accustom to. I guess you can say im african american which i dont mind but iv never even been there. I guess you can call me black but isnt black not even considered a color? I have black tattoos and which you can se clearly against my skin. I just happen to have yellow pigmentation in my skin tone. She didnt grow up exposed to latin culture or what she was exposed to she wasnt happy with. Why should she represent somthing she cant relate to? Perez, I understand that you don't care for Jessica Alba because she does not identify herself as being Latino, but perhaps you should consider the fact that she is not Latino. As Latino is not a race, but a broad term used to identify peoples of similar cultural histories and particular nationalities, because she was raised outside of the culture then she can not and should not identify herself as being a part of it. As long as America has had immigrants there have been people of various ethnicities who have done everything they could in order to assimilate (which often includes distancing themselves from any identifiable cultural/racial/ethnic markers). Ms. Alba's family history seems to be in line with this particular philosophy. You can debate whether sacrificing your culture in order to become an "American" is dispicable, admirable or necessary, but you can't shame someone into accepting a culture that she does not recognize as her own.

Jessica Alba is fuming over gossip blogger Perez Hilton's claims she is ashamed of her Latin heritage.
Hilton has targetted the Mexican-American actress on his website, dubbing her Jessica 'Don't call me Latina' Alba.
But the pregnant Sin City actress insists Hilton is picking on her because she wouldn't have her picture taken with him.
Alba says, "It was all because I wouldn't take photos with him at a nightclub. It would probably be smart for me to hang out and kiss up to what's his name, Perez.
"Of course I'm proud of my heritage. That's all I know. I only know a Mexican-American upbringing."
