Interesting idea about the off-duty cops, but seeing as Spears seems to be doing some illegal activity herself these days, I don't know how keen she would be on a cop following her everywhere she went
It's nice to see you can lend some sympathy to her after that encounter. I just watched her old 2006 interview with Matt Lauer last night and gives some insight into who she kind of is today; she broke down crying only when confronted about the paparazzi. But she kind of draws that attention to herself; you said her windows were down, which pretty much invites pictures. There are plenty of stars who don't get the amount of paparazzi attention that she does, regardless of how famous they are.

1. Get a driver .
2. Use an inconspicious vehicle.
3. Don't leave your house to just drive around. If you need Starbucks or gas, hire someone to get it for you.
4. Wear panties.
5. Make an attempt in court, so when your kids grow up and read all of this, they wont think you didnt care about them.
5. Allow Mama Spears back into your life. Everyone needs their mama!
6. Seek mental help. Even if you dont think you have a problem, it wouldnt hurt to get a shrink to talk to.
You are Britney Spears, you can have people do whatever you want for you. Use that to your advantage. You have become a media whore!
