Australian Newspapers are reporting that he was found dead in his apartment by his maid at around 3:35pm on Tuesday afternoon. The police do not suspect that the death is the result of a crime. His body was found surrounded by pills.

it was an ACCIDENTAL overdose. Heath had back issues and tylenol pm was his friend for many years. he did NOT want to take prescription pain meds. he had a particulary sore night after a chiropractic appt last night. he had weekly standing massage appointments also ..this was ACCIDENTAL..he loves his daughter more than himself..Matilda has just suffered a great and irreplaceable loss….
