That is sick. There is no way she could be thinking how can she top Heath Ledger's death. Its not about getting the best story its about letting his fans know what happended to him. Anyone who tries to make money off of stories like this or want to spread gossip about was it or wasn't it intentional are sick. The only thing left to say is R.I.P Heath Ledger, you will be missed.
