The "Reverend" Fred Phelps's Westboro Baptist Church announced plans to protest at the funeral of Heath Ledger.
Why?
The "God Hates Fags" hatemongers will picket the decease Aussie actor's funeral because he is a pervert who promoted homosexuality by appearing as a gay man in Brokeback Mountain.
We wish we could laugh at this stupidity, but it just makes us angry!
Heath may not have been perfect, but he doesn't deserve this.

That's just really wrong. I'm a Christian myself and this is definitely not what we as Christians should do. Heath deserves much, much more than this.
If they bring him home the government can denye the church members entry to the country. I've been aware of this church for a long time. watch some of the interviews with members they are highly intelligent…but really really brain washed.
I wish the Christians would protest Phelps, or publicly disown him, something. But they never do, when pressed they just brush it off like, "Oh, he's a little nutty," then let him do his thing. Catholics, Baptists, Anglicans, all of them have huge, powerful organizations that could organize counter protests, could have press releases, could make it clear that they disapprove. But they don't. They just sit and watch, and let Michael Moore (youtube it, that's funny) or gay groups confront this guy. While they kick back. Fred Phelps probably had some kind of gay encounter when he was a younger man, and such was his distaste for what he had done, he became psychologically deranged and passed on his vitriolic 'beliefs' to his children and grandchildren. Watch Louis Theroux's documentary on them, it's on youtube. Frightening stuff, but luckily at least their 'church' consists really of just the family. I think the bill he passed was a good one, and it ought to be illegal for people to protest or disturb ANYONE'S funeral- not just our soldiers!!
