We think it's a killer song, but….
Janet Jackson's new single, Feedback, has failed to connect with the public.
The song failed to crack the top 30s on the singles' charts.
And, according to Soundscan, Feedback, dropped from #44 last week to #66 this week.
Sad.
On a brighter note, Rihanna continues to go from strength to strength.
RiRi's bangin' new single, Don't Stop The Music, jumps from #15 to #6 on this week's Soundscan charts.
You go, girl!

Perez, be real. Nothing against Janet but the primary reason her song is probably not doing that well is she's over the age of 40. Popstars over 40 don't do that well on the radio. She needs to forget about that and tour. Thats where they make the real money anyways.
I´m from Brazil and I LOVE FEEDBACK. It´s a very good dancing music. Actually, I really don´t know what goes through american people´s minds. There are a great deal of terrible songs on the top of the charts, like CRANK THAT, which HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED MORE THAN 3 MILLION TIMES.

Janet is about to start promoting. The song fell in the singles chart yet I find it convenient that Perez fails to mention any of the other charts where she is rising and continues to maintain her position. She's just gearing up to start going through the late night shows and daytime talk shows as well. Give her time! The song has only officially been out a few weeks. Sheesh. Aside from that the album has been getting positive reviews from the press who have been invited to the listening parties. Perhaps Perez is just a fat, old bitch because he wasn't invited? Hmm? #4. with only being on the chart for 3 weeks feedback is #38 billboard's on Pop 100 chart & in the top 50 on the Hot 100 singles chart *With a Bullet*
#5. The Feedback video just debuted today on TRL at #10
AND THIS IS ALL WITHOUT ONE SINGLE PERFORMANCE,COMMERCIAL, MAGAZINE, OR AWARD SHOW APPEARANCE.
Feedback is a bad song…that's whay it's not on the charts. No-brainer.
