In this article the NY Post reports that Heath Ledger was dating Mary-Kate Olsen at the time of his death.
The article says:
"Using a number programmed into Ledger's cell, a nervous Wolozin [the masseuse] called the 21-year-old Olsen - whom law enforcement sources said was dating Ledger - in California."
Law enforcement knows MK was dating Heath????

Update: According to this article in the NY Daily News, Mary-Kate Olsen's security guard, whom the actress sent to Ledger's apartment after being called by his masseuse, told police that MK and Heath were dating.

First i wanna start of with R.I.P Ledger…Than i wanna ask , why the fvck he would date someone looking like MK..Natsy alien. I heard he was dating that australian model.. he's a ladies man thats for sure..
Okay so he was "dating" Gemma, Helena, and MK. So what? He was no longer married and clearly not interested in being tied down at the moment to any one female. The massage therapist probably called MK because maybe they BOTH know her? I mean CLEARLY stupid people abound here but he was dead for HOURS already not minutes where it would have mattered what time they got there. They just would have called TIME earlier. The only way this poor man had a shot in hell was if he suddenly stopped snoring while the cleaning woman was changing the lightbulb in such an odd manner that she ran in and checked on him. I cannot believe this young gorgeous full of life man has passed and all anyone is still doing is making up stories. What the fuck man.
I personally think that if Heath was dating her or not its no ones business. All this media making Heath look bad, like he was a drug addict. Many ppl have rolled up twentys and dnt do drugs. Plenty of money out there is tainted with drugs. I personally hate the media, they change everything around and make people look bad over movies, music, etc. This is a bunch of crap. I think we should remember Ledger, by his scills, and the things he has incomplished througt the time. I dont care about who owned the apartement, he was found, and who called who. But the thing i care about is that you people should have some respect for the dead, and his friends.

You people are hilarious…….one look at Ledger showed the tortured and addicted soul, and one look at the bags under Mary-Kate Olsen's eyes should tell you she is doing the same. It should quite easy for everyone to see that the "masseuse/911/bodyguard" story is a transparent lie, that would be an absurd way to deal with an emergency like they found. The official reports probably haven't been straight about one single detail, other than maybe that a masseuse found him. Look at motives, folks, there are images being protected with these tales.

MKO was trying to help Heath get off of street drugs. The reason the massage therapist knew how to speed-dial MKO on Heath's phone is that MKO made sure that hers was the only number on the speed-dial. She was trying to protect him from himself and all the partying skanks that celebrities attract. Neither MKO or her twin sister have ever done recreational drugs. They're both very in to metaphysics and New Age…no partying there. MKO is devastated that people have been accusing her of being responsible for his death because she kept the therapist on the phone too long. This simply is not the truth. She was having a difficult time getting her head around the reality of this tragedy. Normally, this kind of information gets filtered by her people before she has to confront it. This was delivered directly to her and she was in a state of disbelief. When was the last time she saw Heath. What did they do together? When did they last speak over the phone….This is so sad and yet so compelling.

Two people here have very lucid, believable theories. I do believe that MK's involvement was about getting rid of drugs and I also believe the masseuse was, in part, protecting her own reputation. They ALL do this…celebrities…showing they REALLY DO believe themselves supernatural. It's RIDICULOUS! The more I think about this, the more tragic it all seems. I don't believe all the hype that Perez and all the bloggers are spewing. It's vomit. I don't believe Heath did anything more than take a bad mixture of two medications, which resulted in side effects that killed him. This was a GOOD man. And I can't take my mind off the fact that I really believe he and Michelle loved each other VERY, VERY much. You can see the enormous love just in the way they looked at each other at the Oscars and in their body language at other events, where she rubs his shoulder as he walks the carpet, knowing how difficult it was for him to be in those places, comforting him. I can't imagine how awful she feels right now knowing that the last 4 months of his life they spent apart…knowing she would have wanted to be with him. I think they tried and maybe thought they'd try again one day. I imagine they would have been one of those couples who eventually got back together after some time. My heart aches for her as much as for Matilda.

He cherished his time with Michelle and only saw the best for little Matilda's future. He was going to be there for her and that is why he was living in Soho instead of being with MKO in CA. MKO was suppose to fly in any day now, but of course, her plans have changed. Her people report that she is flying to Australia for the funeral, but there's no truth to the rumor that she is pregnant with his child.
