Warner Bros., the studio that is releasing what will be one of Heath Ledger's last films ever, the new Batman movie, has just updated http://whysoserious.com/, the Dark Knight viral site, which is "run" by his character, the Joker.
A black ribbon has been posted in memory of Heath.
Very subtle but very nice of them do something and acknowledge the tragedy.

I just read that Star magazine says Jolie preggo with twins! Thats sad too.
My eyes are still red and sore from crying today. I watched 10 Things I Hate About You and it was impossible to hold back the tears. While his other films may have been more challenging, I wanted to watch a film in which he had a lighter role and still it didn't help. It made it worse seeing his smile on the screen. He was my favorite actor and though I did not know him, I felt some connection to him. I loved him, his films, his immense talent and I'm so sad he is no longer here. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michelle, Matilda, the Ledger family in Perth and his friends. Rest In Peace Love

I can't help it….I'm still just so upset over this. I know that I didn't personally know Heath, or Matilda, or even Michelle, but I just feel such a loss, and I can't help but wonder….how his entire family and all of his friends are dealing with this. Thats very nice of the website to do. I am very sad about Heath ledgers tragic death and I dont think he deserved to die. Before he died he was a well respected actor and now after his death people are saying all types if things in order to ruin his well deserved reputation. May he rest in peace and watch over his beautiful daughter Matilda straight from heaven. I also hope that his family and friends can mourn in peace and that the church that wants to picket his funeral think better of it. I feel very deeply sad for his parents and his ex wife michelle wiliams and for his gorgeous daughter and the rest of his family and friends. He only deserved the best and may he rest in peace.

I'm sure some of the execs at Warner are thrilled that his death is going to bring them millions if not billions of dollars when the movie is released. If they wanted to do something really worth while, they would commit to donating half of the income earned by the movie to an organization that helps individuals with drug/alcohol/depression issues. THAT alone would make me go see the movie.

Well this has been a great campaign and we were all wondering how they were going to continue doing this. Essentially The Joker was leaving like, cells in cakes that you had to find, puzzles, etc. It was a GREAT campaign but obviously they cant continue having it the way it has been. Actually, junkies are generally able to have a tox screen prelim come back blaringly positive so that there would be nothing inconclusive and AcTUALLY organ damage is pretty fucking evident in junkies/addicts. IF he WERE a junkie it would not take away his talent and his beauty. SINCE HE WAS NOT A JUNKIE and you have issues of either having been gang raped by squirrels or have some other closeted up abuse issues, it is even MORE tragic. PEREZ- have some really inside information for you…. Heath's masseuse called MK Olsen before calling 911 because she knew Heath was dead and MK and Heath shared drugs. They are drug buddies and get together whenever they are both in town. The masseuse knew Heath was dead and didn't know what to do with the illegal drugs in the room. Thats why she called MK Olsen FOUR times before calling 911 so she could get rid of the drugs in the room and give them to MK's "bodyguards" before the police came.
