Awww the "great" perez can't understand that the video was SUPPOSED TO BE Cheesy. Whats wrong with a fun cute little song having a cute fun little video. Carrie's video made me smile…maybe you should try it some time. Get that "better the God himself" stick out of your A$$ Perez.

Ummmm, Perez. I love you, but you of all people should recognize purposeful cheesiness. It was pure camp and I loved it. It's a great song and she could have done a great, "straight" really heart-tugging video. Instead, it was really trying to be funny while still pulling the heartstrings a bit, since the song does that anyway. The (to me purposely) cheap wigs were brilliant. If this weren't meant to be camp, cheesy, etc., then I agree–horrible. But I really think it was on purpose. I thought it was really cute, but to each his own.

if you guys or perez knew anything about the country genre, thats how the videos are. they're purposely cheesy to be funny and light-hearted. country isn't visual-media-oriented, its all about the music. so flash and trend aren't country's thing. so i think her video is perfectly in step with what her particular audience likes.

The "sets" as you call them are supposed to look that way. It is supposed to look kind of comic like. They did this in one day because of her schedule and the video is super cute despite what this crazy person says. The green screen for these type of shots are used in a lot of artist's videos but people are saying this JUST because it is Carrie. If someone else did it, it would be the greatest video ever. Rest assured haters it will do well and take AAG to #1 where all her songs and videos go.
