Are they legit?
We think they look kinda fake!

the first pic is fake if you look close at her forehead you can see the square lines and the glare on her top lip has some straight lines also… as far as the second pic the head is to small for the body therefore it probably was a pic of her on her bed in her tour bus but someone replaced her body with someone elses.

They look real enough, but to call her a skank whore is a bit much guys. Just about every 16 year old I remember ( when I was that young) was takeing "sexy" polaroids for the guys we liked or were dateing. Now technology has just moved on to a camera phone. Jesus, the girl is human.
The first one looks real. Can't tell whether or not they are authentic. Whatever, she is human and nowadays girls skank it up early! The pictures aren't quite scandalous at all, its not like she is nude. Who cares, she is just being a skanky young girl.
Personally, I don't care if this is Miley or not, but I find it disturbing that people think it's "normal" for kids (YOUNG TEENS) to take soft-porn photos of themselves. Okay, seriously, now that these pictures are out, if parents see them, she is going to lose so many fans and a ton of money. I mean, really. The pictures with her friend were okay, because any teen does that with their friends, but now these… she can't defend herself on these. Because there is no way you can constitute these as "normal".
