The new mom, and boyfriend Joel Madden, hit up the 50th birthday party of her manager, Benny Medina.

She does look a little too thin, but she still looks gorgeous.

iv had 2 kids and i was just like that after 2 weeks thats what happens to some ppl so shes not doing drugs or starving herself and she most likley is breastfeeding because that is the biggest thing that helps u get skiny so please leave her alon already!

are you kidding? she's not skinny! look at those thighs, they arent waifer thin like they used to be.
I only put on 23 lbs and was back into my regular pants in 3 weeks. She is wearing Spanx and a black dress, but LOOK AT HER FACE PEOPLE! She is really TIRED. She should stay home for at least a month and take it easy, gets lots of sleep. Do nothing but bond with her baby and take good care of herself.
she never got fat to begin with. you could tell she was all baby and that wasn't much. she was very tiny for a preggo eggo.
She looks sad there. Only if she knew how jealous Paris is, she'd crack a smile…..No pun intended.
when you have a baby, the weight just goes to the side with some people. so you look wider for a while. But damn if those hips ever go back. sometimes it makes you look shapelier though. for her that's a good thing. for jlo, well that's another story.
My Opinion:
She is a naturally thin person. She's also short, so it's not unusual that she's super skinny too. She's just one of those people who will always be a stick I guess haha. And as to before when she had her eating disorder: She was skinny to begin with so when she started her eating disorder she looked even more rediculously skinny. Let's just hope that Joel and can support her to keep herself healthy. (I hope he proposes soon!!) And I'm sure the baby will help with that too. This baby seriously saved her life. She would have either died from drugs, alcohol, or her eating disorder. Maybe even a combination of them.
Poor kic i mean what the heck she'll prolly raise the kid by not eating and not feeding the kid anything. I wish i could adopt that kid and give it some food!!!
She never did get THAT fat. She does look relatively normal now. Anyways, I heard the babes suck the life out of you when you're breast feeding. I guess she just didnt have much to spare.

she definately has NOT lost all the baby weight, there are plenty of women who after birth (if they are young) NATURALLY go back to being a decently thin person.
I doubt if Nicole were to be so committed to the baby when she was pregnant, she would just give all that up once she actually gave birth.
Open your eyes people, not everyone gains 3290572 lbs when they are pregnant!

1st od all…impossible. Trust me..I've had a baby…you look pregnant for at least a month afterward. She is probably jam packed in some skin tight spandex. her rolls must be pushed to the back!

Dear Perez, u ARE aware tht breasfeeding burns up to 500 extra calories a day? And also tht if u hav kept a healthy pregnancy weight n not put on too much, it isnt hard to lose it after. I fit into my (european) size 36 a few weeks after I gave birth coz i hav a natural small build, like Nicole.
There is nuthin unatural about her looks, her legs r thin but not bony, her hips n breats r full… Jeez, wat the hell?

i have 2 boys, born to me, i am a little person, like nicole, i was considered underweight when i was 7 months pregnant, there r some of us that r just damn skinny, we lose our weight fast…we R skinny. I dont know wat else to say..she looks great… leave her alone
Even though she has a petite frame, she is not now nor ever was 'naturally thin', she overexercised, under ate and did coke and vicodin before to get really skinny. If you look at her in the first season of The Simple Life, she looked much more healthy with a little extra weight. I hope she is being healthy, particularly if she is breastfeeding. To me, she didn't seem to gain enough weight from the pregnancy to begin with. It is not healthy to be so underweight while pregnant, why are all these Hollywood stars so vain that they diet while pregnant? The baby may not be receiving enough nutrients for proper brain development!

On the contrary… she must be preastfeeding because by doing that you "loose" about 1800kcal per day. My friend who recently gave birth has to eat extra lot and she is still soooo skinny..

She looks great! Hope she keeps the weight on. After giving birth to my first child I lost 23lbs in the 2 days in the hospital. A week after that I was a size 4 (3 sizes smaller than pre-pregnancy). My metabolism went nuts and lucky enough not to have stretch marks or sagging skin. Flat abs. So it is entirely possible for her to lose the weight that fast without help.
