This explosive article in the Sunday Mail claims that Michelle Williams broke up with Heath Ledger because of his drug abuse.
A member of the actor's "inner circle" claims that Heath was using heroin and cocaine, in addition to pills, and that his drug problem spiraled out of control recently because he thought his ex, Michelle, was gonna request full custody of their daughter, Matilda.
The article also offers up a theory on what led to Ledger's death.
According to his pal, "He was not the type to have killed himself. The way I hear it, he went out the night before, he was doing cocaine, he wasn't able to sleep, and the investigators think he woke up, didn't remember taking sleeping pills and then took what accidentally was an overdose."
We don't know what to make of it all.
Thankfully, the toxicology results will be in within the next few weeks and that should bring some closure to all.

I blame Michelle Williams! Reports are now surfacing that Heath was worried because he was anticipating that Michelle was going to seek sole custody of their daughter. And where was his daughter has he lay dead? In Sweeden with Michelle on a long movie shoot. Since custody was not handled yet by the courts I would not think that dear Michelle had any right taking her daughter out of the country. a few years ago I almost overdosed on cocaine,beer,tylenol pm and klonepin and as stupid as that was too take all that( I had major post partum depression) still it was totally accidental as I didn't take enough of any one thing to kill me it was the combination but I was rushed via ambulance to hospital and horrible stomach pumped which served me right! I was lucky to have people there with me when it happened and was in out of consciousness and memory loss so it could have totally been accident and i bet that's what happened anna nicole too

Seems to me that a wife in the same situation as Michelle would have issued an ultimatum to Heath: get to rehab or we're done and I'm taking the kid. Heath seemed like the type who would have gone to rehab if given that choice. That's assuming that what the woman in the Daily Mail piece said was true. However, I also happen to think that Heath and Michelle WERE a poor match, and probably wouldn't have lasted anyway. Let's see what the final report has to say.
The fishy part of the story is the housekeeper saying that at 1 o'clock she was in the bedroom and heard him snoring, then at 3 o'clock the masseuse couldn't revive him and he was cold to the touch. Cold to the touch?? In just 2 hours?? Something doesn't add up.
