The only thing I learned from this is that Hillary is as believable an actress as America Ferrera… I swear, she could win some awards for this acting!! I have close friends in DC who go to all the right parties or whatever (I went to the feeder college for political interns, leg aides, etc) and they all say that she is cold and doesn't care about anyone but herself nor anything but furthering her name. She says she cares about normal people, but was there to approve wal-mart's anti-employee policies. She says she cares about blacks, yet insinuates that they aren't sophisticated enough to look beyond race when deiciding who to vote for. SHe says she cares about Latinos, yet supports putting them on a plane to whatever country they came from (her words) if they have committed/commit a crime (this is a violation of procedural due process by the way… a constitutional right). Gotta hand it to her, she can act all kind and innocent when need be.

I agree with Hillary - Obama is a wonderful inspirational speaker, but that doesn't mean he'll be a good president. Just look at his resume compared to hers (it's posted on their websites). Hillary's resume is pages long while Obama's resume is a couple of paragraphs. It's just embarassing to think that so many people are drinking the "Obama Koolaid." I know people are smarter than that. Don't follow the crowds just because it's the "cool" thing to do.

How funny - just saw the Matt Lauer interview on Today with Edward Kennedy and Obama. When it was Obama's turn to speak for himself and why people should vote for him, he stumbled over his words and couldn't be specific about his health care plan. Kennedy just looked at him and was probably thinking "I've got a lot of work to do with this one!" Obama's a puppet, people! You talk about his "clean" campaign? There are people behind the scenes doing his dirty work - including the little network of Oprah.
And what about all this one-upmanship with celebrity endorsements? The New York Times came out for Clinton; then Oprah had to do something quickly as a response to that and got Caroline Kennedy to write something in the New York Times for Obama. What is up with that?

As far as experience goes, my husband is a doctor but I don't have any delusions that I am now qualified to practice medicine. Barack Obama has more experience in elected office than Hilary Clinton and more grass roots/small donor support. Speaking of doctors and health care, her plan under her husband's leadership gave rise to the HMO debacle of the last 15 years. A plan which has destroyed teaching and inner city hospitals.

As a gay man maybe you should remeber the Clinton's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy for the military, right after the gay population contributed and backed the Clinton's bid for the white house. In South Carolina, they basically sold their black supporters down the river, so they could make Obama the "black candidate" in order to get the white and latino vote.

I'm an Independent voter and have always voted for Nader because I detest both the Democratic and Republican parties and the greedy tactics performed once in office. Bill Clinton had promise but look what he did in the end.

She has been a lawyer in a corporate law firm, she has served on boards of various corporations, she has served on the US Senate a fairly short time. She has been in elected office for a shorter time than Obama. She may know were the light switches and closets are in the white house, but other than that, how does being married to the president make her ready? With his fooling around, she probably was not having a lot of conversations with Bill anyway.
In the general election, neither Obama, or Hillary will be able to tout a lot of experience. I would rather see someone with Obama's integrity, charisma, consensus building and general likeability, over Hillary's partisan, divisive and polarizing ways any day.
