The recently rehabbed star is having trouble staying away from the booze, and according to one report, that’s not her only problem.
Spears is “drinking heavily again, binge shopping and eating like there’s no tomorrow,” according to Star magazine. What’s more, the "Toxic" singer is jeopardizing her cherished relationship with kid sister Jamie Lynn because of her ongoing feud with her mother, Lynne.
“On several occasions, I have seen her pouring alcohol into energy drink cans,” a source told the tab. And, says one insider: “Britney requests that her alcohol be served in carafes rather than in bottles. Once, a waitress made the mistake of bringing her a bottle. Brit grabbed her arm and told her she couldn’t be seen with it.”
Spears reportedly caused a scene at the L.A. nightclub Joseph on June 25. The singer stripped down to a purple bra and “was dancing and singing her own music, which she brought in,” an “observer” told Star. She allegedly was also “brazenly flirting” with DJ Eric Cubiche, although his fiancée actress Jaime Pressley was nearby. The “seething” star of “My Name Is Earl,” who gave birth to Cubiche's son in May, is said to have “played it cool.”
Spears is also said to have been on a “major spending spree” and is eating so much that her washboard abs are just a memory.
Then there’s the strife with her family. “Jamie Lynn and Britney have always been close, but Jamie Lynn thinks Britney is being cruel, especially after everything their mom did for her,” a “friend” told the tab. “Jamie Lynn wants it to stop.”

Not one of you expected her to act like this after she got out of rehab? Please….it was evident that the girl doesn't want help at all - she just does what her publicists tell her to do. She's traipsing through life doing what she wants, all the while attempting to placate those around her. I used to like her, I really did. I find it terribly tragic that she can't see what her responsibilities in life are. Very sad.
To you people who say, "Leave her alone": what???? Let's be realistic, shall we? First of all, being a celebrity comes with papparazzi. Fans and paps are what makes you a star and a household name. Dont want it dont be in it. Secondly, i have always hated this girl just because of her genre of music but respected her talent. My perogative. Just as yours is to like her. But its sad that this girl had the world at her fingertips and she destroyed it. What's even more disturbing is that her mom was trying to help her, and now she is being evil to the very person who allowed her(she was a minor) to persue her career, instead of stalling it until she was 18. She probably dragged her and her baby sister(by the way, how old was Jaime when Brit's career started?) to auditions and the disney channel. I know its hard enough taking two children to the grocery store, let alone an audition and photo shoots etc. Yes, she will make a comeback and every man will drool and teeny boppers will love her again. She will still need the help she never got because she is in DENIAL. Its noone elses fault but her own. I have lost respect for her just how i have lost respect for every drug/alcohol addict in my life. Just because you have money you doesn't mean you can buy happiness. There's certainly help - - and good pharmaceuticals - - available, but the diagnosis can be tough and those afflicted resist treatment while manic.

I am also a mother of two and the only difference with Britney and myself is that Britney has more money and doesnt know how to be a responsible adult/mother.
