Hillary Wins Florida!

Hillary Clinton easily took home Florida on Tuesday night, beating Democratic rival Barack Obama by a convincing margin in the state's presidential primary. Unfortunately for her, she didn't win any delegates.
On the other side, John McCain and Mitt Romney were neck and neck with McCain barely taking the win, but he came out on top in the Republican primary.
Poor Rudy Giuliani lagged behind both frontrunners, after foolishly laying all his eggs in one basket and ignoring all the earlier states that held their primaries to focus on Florida. He will likely drop out of the race tomorrow.

Florida doesn't get to send any delegates to the national convention, just like Michigan, because the 'early states' whined about these two moving up their primaries to be more relevant. Hillary agreed to not campaign in the state, but is now lobbying to get the delegates — which better not happen, or people are going to be PISSED. She, or any other Dem, has no right to any delegates from either state - those were the rules.
But the state doesn't matter because she gets no delegates. Why don't you stick that in your little post? Oh wait - because you like her. :p

Hilary went to Florida — VIOLATING HER PLEDGE — because she is desperate to turn the nation's attention away from Obama's convincing win in S. Carolina. She gets nothing out of the deal, except looking like a liar. PEREZ KNOWS NOTHING OF THE POLITICAL PROCESS.
There was no Democrat contest. The DNC stripped them of their delegates for moving their primary up. Obama didn't even campaign there…..there was no need!!!

This isn't as big of a deal as it seems. All 3 candidates together decided a while ago to forgo Florida due to problems with Florida and the Democratic Party (some sort of regulation issue). Clinton actually went against what all 3 candidates had declared by "promoting herself" to that group. Really Classy, if you ask me.

There is no way to tell how many more people would have shown up, had they known their vote really counted. Her focus is not on the people, its on the position. She is not even supposed to be in florida right now, as Democrats were forbidden to campaign there. Lets keep it honest.
