No, he's not asking for a change to the custody agreement.
He wants Britney's money!
K-Fed's attorney is asking Spears to pay his legal bills, which she has done in the past, and he wants $500,000.
And she should pay evert penny, we say!

Re: lexx – first of all k-fed told britney over a year ago that if she didn't get her act together, he would go full force on seeking custody of sean and jayden. second of all if you can call someone who turns her back on her children for the paparazzi classy then you must not have a bit of class yourself. IWhen I divorced, I had one of the top 5 family law attorneys in the world. A bitter 3-year battle brought on by an ex with borderline personality issues. The total cost for my case was $145K. There were multiple depositions, depositions where her attorney cancelled after we were waiting for them to show, and other pre-trial conferences that got cancelled after we were in the courthouse.

This amount that is being asked for just seems like there is some churning of funds going on here. I wouldn't be surprised if KFed is getting some kickbacks. There's really not much to this case that warrants so much money. My attorney said that of the thousand or so cases he's done, there are only 8 different divorce scenarios. Everyone thinks that their case is so screwed up or unique, but they aren't. Also, the judge has seen so many divorces, that they have seen it all too.
