PEOPLE! This is NOT the video!! It is a CLIP of an ad. from entertainment tonight saying they were going to show it the following night! Why should Perez take anything down? It is HIS site and it is NOT his fault that Heath may have done some things that one day his family and daughter may see. Maybe it will make someone he really cared about stop and think.

This is not news and is completely irrelevant to his death. We all new that he was using drugs a couple of years ago. However, friends who should know are saying that he's been clean for over a year and that he was being drug tested in order to get visitation with his daughter. Friends say he moved into that apartment to be near his daughter and that he had regular visitation with her and kept her when the mother was working or on vacation. Police say there was no evidence of illegal drug use in his apartment and the autopsy would have found track marks if they were present. Maybe everyone should wait until the final results are in before making judgment on him.

I really wish everyone would just allow him to be remembered for the wonderful man he was. Its bad enough that he died at such a young age, but why can't he just be remembered as that.. someone who left far before he should of, rather than another person who may or may not have used drugs to deal with the pressure of hollywood.
