THIS IS SOMEONES LIFE!! just because he has done a few movies and is well known doesn't give u the right to exploit his obvious inner struggles and problems…i really hope u never experience a mental disorder/addiction Perez, can u imagine how ur family would feel, it's so undignified and sick…how do u sleep?
I didn't watch it. If it was too offensive to the family to put on tv, it shouldn't be put on the internet. No matter what Heath Ledger was doing, he does not deserve to have private moments put on the internet after his death. This should be taken down immediately.
I really hate the Insider and Entertaiment tonight. They are the same vultures who made and help make mega bucks for Howard K Stern after Daniell's death and all the other Anna tragedies and wackiness before her eventual death. Parasites all of em. How do these peopel sleep at nigh. Heath wasn't even doing drugs in the damn tape but they wanted to act like he was to mislead the public. Really wat has been learnt from this…he went to parties where people take drugs and he used to smoke a lot of weed. I know loads of people that do this. they dont die as a result…people suffering from serious exhaustion coupled with pheumonia do however end up not being very well.

FACT: As someone who experienced the loss of a dear friend suddenly who was in a up and coming band two years ago, I can tell you that one step of grief is forcing yourself to read over and over and over again various articles online in an effort to understand or to let it "set in" that he is dead and gone. You always feel like they will walk back in the door someday, especially when they spent a lot of time away (such as those on tour, on set, etc.). So it's next to impossible for the family to NOT fall victim to the urge to look up info on the internet. (Cont. Below)

The problem with showing this film clip (though I've only seen the teaser on ET) is the timing. They shouldn't be showing it now. They should have shown it TWO WEEKS AGO so that he could have gotten some help. If someone had this tape (as I'm sure there are other celebrity "drug tapes" out there), they should have shown it to someone who could have gotten Heath the help he needed. The help he deserved. According to Hollywood "insiders," this tape has been around and seen by many in the industry. So where the f— were these people? Why couldn't they help the boy (he was really just a boy, you can see that in the tape)?If this was shown all over the Internet and the entertainment shows two weeks ago, Heath would have been forced to go to rehab. Yes, there would have been spin control, yes it may have affected his upcoming work, but he would still be ALIVE! Wouldn't that be a much better place than he is now? For his family? How is this going to change the fact that he is dead?? All this is doing is upsetting his family. It is horrible that his family cannot grieve without all the media bullshit.
I would also like to say that I hope Heath's estate SUES THE PANTS OFF of Perez, ET, Insider and any other media outlet that had the audacity to air this misleading, slanderous tidbit they dubbed, "Heath Ledger's Drug Tape" when Heath Ledger IS NOT DOING DRUGS on the tape.

I would bet that 90% of the people who commented here didn't even watch the damn clip, because if you could watch that and get in an uproar assuming he did drugs, you're a few bricks short of a load. He says he USED TO smoke marijuana. Other people at the party (ummm, not even in the same room, from that clip) were doing drugs. Somehow this gives our media the right to call him an addict??? Sickening. Hope you all get sued.
This video is totally benign. It was 2 years ago and all he said was he used to smoke pot. I don't see what this video has to do with his untimely death.

maybe i'm just smoking 5 joints a day, but last i checked pot wasn't a deadly drug!! i dont even smoke it and i know that (seriously i dont) … let the poor man rest in peace!
