Britney Hospitalized!!!! Put Under Psychiatric Hold!!!!!! AGAIN!!!!!!

An ambulance left Britney Spears' house around 1:20 A.M this morning. The windows were covered and a police convoy of what seems like DOZENS of cops lead the way.
Britney was in the ambulance and she arrived at UCLA Medical Center around 1:35 A.M.
Following the ambulance were none other than Lynne Spears and Adnan Ghalib - in the same car.
Britney is going to be put under a 5150 psychiatric hold at the hospital for 72 hours. Hopefully her treatment will be extended.
Spears has been under the treatment of a psychiatrist, who was at her home Wednesday night and placed a call to the authorities, which triggered Brit's hospitalization.
Britney had not slept in days and her shrink was concerned for her deteriorating condition.
This is all just so tragic.
Our thoughts are with Britney and her family.
Hopefully the stars will align and she will finally get better now, once and for all.

According to the L.A. Times, "Authorities said the welfare hold was prompted by a telephone call they received from Spear's psychiatrist. It was unclear exactly when they had received the call, but it was apparent that the operation had been carefully planned over a period of time. Unlike the first welfare hold — in which Spears' ambulance was closely pursued by a throng of photographers — vehicles today were blocked from following the same route. The motorcade that whisked Spears to the hospital also showed a large investment in resources. The line of emergency vehicles stretched longer than a football field."

It's called a legal 2000, where you're commited for 72 hours if you're found to be a threat to yourself or others. She shouldn't be able to leave before that, but who knows, they let her go early last time. Hopefully my alma mater will do it the right way!
But yeah, after 72 hours you meet with a judge in the facility and they review your case and symptoms and any worsening/improvements and evaluate whether or not you can be safely released or should be committed for a longer period of time. She really needs every hour of those 72 where they can monitor her and make sure she gets every med she needs, every time it's prescribed and some SERIOUS counseling.

She can sleep ok with sleeping pills. Her doctor has got her medication in condition. Now she can sleep, but is anxious, and in danger to get worse after all the stress. No appetite, metabolism mixed up. If her stay in the hospital will be extended, and if no visitors will be allowed, she can get better quite soon. Her manager and 'boyfriend' and just interested to make money off her, and should be kept far away from her. Hopefully her mother wants the best for her.

My friend was in the psych unit at UCLA and the people there are pretty great. The social worker is amazing and doesn't miss a beat. The doctors vary, but are young enough not to be psychiatric barbarians. They will definitely not let her go like they did at Cedars! They will also definitely get an extention on the 72 hours. This is good news, she will get help. I hope they keep her in there long enough for Adnan and Osama Lufti to find a new hobby. Britney sure has some fucked up taste in men!!! She must like whatever pheromones con artists give off!!!

People need to stop blaming everyone but Britney for her troubles. People need to stop being so dramatic in saying that the paparazzi and Perez are making the situation worse. In reality Ms. Spears could have left the L.A. seen long ago or made a decision to live a less public life. She lives for the paparazzi, she calls them herself. She most likely has a mental illness and getting help is a great first step but unless she stops leading the lifestyle she's currently obsessed with then she will only continue to mess with her own life, no one is to blame but her.
