Somebody is trying to spook the kooks!
Mysterious envelopes containing apparently harmless powder were sent to Church of Scientology locations in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas on Wednesday, prompting street closings and evacuations.
In total, 19 "church" locations were targeted, and authorities are trying to determine who sent them.
Glendale police shut down a street for two hours and Tustin authorities evacuated 60 people from buildings as hazardous materials teams were called in.
Initial tests indicated the powder was harmless.
We may not like Scientology, but don't be doing stupid shit like this! It affects us all.

There are probably thousands of sad family members who Scientology labelled suppressive persons who may have been cut off from their Scientologist loved ones who could have issues with that organization. There are a lot of ex members of Scientology floating around with bitter tales as well. The only thing connecting this 'Anonymous' to the news of the envelopes is the timing. Their videos on YOutube seem to simply want to shed light/knowledge on the tactics and motives of Scientology.

#123 - StyleSwag -I am not a Scientologist or member of Anonymous but I have been closely watching the events unfold over the past few weeks because I think it touches on important newsworthy issues. From what I have seen, I have to disagree with your comment that the entity of Anonymous and others who speak out against the tactics of Scientology leaders represent "quacks and fanatics that seem to have a problem expressing themselves with words." I think the new "unauthorized biography" of Tommy Girl by Andrew Morton was actually commissioned by his cult! Therefore, when people read it they think they are reading an uncompromising, objective history of Miss Thang's life and leave with the impression that he's straight and not a bigger homo than Gay Aiken. I was right about James Frey's book, too. I wasn't even half way through it before I saw it was a fake–and this was before it was exposed as such in the media.
