Osama Lutfi and Jamie & Lynne Spears are engaged in a bitter, behind the scenes, public relations campaign against each other.
And Britney's parents are winning!
Though Lutfi visited the UCLA Medical Center more than once on Thursday, Us Weekly is reporting that Lutfi "had no contact with Britney."
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that Jamie & Lynne are the ones calling the shots in the hospital and advising the doctors on Spears' treatment.
Lutfi, for his part, is just publicly badmouthing Britney's parents.

Osama & her parents are all a bunch of money hungry losers. That poor girl needs serious help. Parents? They are not real parents. They prostituted teir daughter out to Disney when she was a young star. What can one expect. They were the only ones benefiting back when and now….one day will again.
