Osama Lutfi is out of the picture. Legally! Britney's parents got a restraining order against him and he can not get anywhere near Spears.
Pops Jamie and the attorney have temporary power over Spears's finances, in addition to securing her residence, changing its locks, and vacating any persons living there. They also are allowed to restrict and limit visitors to Britney, as well as employ security guards to protect her.

It differs from state to state but, in general, a Conservator has control of money, property, assets etc. A Gaurdian has right to make decisions such as healthcare and all matters related to the person in question such as restricting visitors etc. Brintney must be very fucked up for the courts to give this to her parents. there must have been doctors in that court room and they must iof had some very convincing comments for the judge. You just can;t waltz in and take over someone's life unless there is good evidence that they are incapacitated in some way. Britney must a danger to self to be in on a 5150. she may be so far gone at this point her cognitive functioning may not be what it should be. Once she stabilizes she should be ok.
