Jamie Spears and a lawyer have been named conservators of Britney's estate. What they say goes.
Osama Lutfi is out of the picture. Legally! Britney's parents got a restraining order against him and he can not get anywhere near Spears.
Pops Jamie and the attorney have temporary power over Spears's finances, in addition to securing her residence, changing its locks, and vacating any persons living there. They also are allowed to restrict and limit visitors to Britney, as well as employ security guards to protect her.

It also weakens KFed and Kaplan's ability to get the 1/2 MILLION out of Britney Kaplan recently filed for his legal fees. If Britney is incapable to function then no court is going to give her custody of her children so the fight is OVER. KFed gets the children and hopefully off his lazy ass and goes to work for a change. Kaplan chased every one that cared about Britney with his depositions and ran all of her REAL supporters out of her life and she picks up Osama who has used and abused her and escalated her mental illness and helped himself to her fortune. It is amazing that all of this has gone this far and long. Anyone who went through all of what Britney has gone though would probably be in a worse state/condition. For many years Britney has been there for all of us as a society and it is time we all are behind her. The only people who have benefited from this whole situation are the Lawyer's, media, Dad. How do we know if Britney didn't suffer from Post-Pardum Depression after her first child…never mind the second child…and she just spun out of control. This would then be a normal reaction to all of what has happened to her.
If any woman had her children taken away from her…would usually be in a state far worse then Britney. These two parents need to come together and do the best thing for the children and not for their own pocket/status…DAD!!!
This has all been at the expense of Britney…as a society we need to encourage, reassure and provide our support to Britney her family and most of all to her two little boys…who are as cute as their Mother (Britney). As a Psychatric Nurse for many years…I've seen and assisted in these situations all the time…and hope you find proper treatment in the hospital. You are sensitive Britney and not CRAZY…it is a word that should be taken out of the dictionary or given a meaning that is worth more to us as a person/society…because our Mental Health is just and if not more important then our Physical person. My thoughts are with you Britney and Family.

Dear Mr An Mrs Spears,
I understand how hard it is to be a parent of a music star let alone a normal adult in these times. Family is the most important thing in the world once she is well enough take her back home, sell all her houses and hyptmatize her to believe she is just like everyone else. Get her out of Hollywood otherwise she will be dead in less than a year, there are too many temptations for her to stumble again.
I am very glad you got your conservative ship because that guy Lufti was toxic, he fed her drugs and made her worse than she was. A real manager takes care of his clients, and makes sure they stay normal as a result of the money that is generated so that they can be paid as well. A good manager is someone who also knows when their client needs help. It is very sad that you had to go through these lengths to get her the help she so deperatly needed. I would say some good ole fashion religion would be good for her too get her faith back in something because you know he is watching over her an you as well and needs her back to guide her better. Faith brings your soul peace and it gives you strength when you need it most. I hope that you and husband are going to stick together as a team and love her no matter what no one is perfect. God Bless Yall hey Brittany it is ok to fail we all do and that failure is the best lesson it helps us realize that we are just human. Get well soon.

Thank God the Spears family has finally attempted to take control of the fragments of their daughter's life! I have no doubt that the family is far from stable, however, I know that they love their daughter. What is disgusting about this Osama character is that not only is he obviously a persistent, determined con artist, but he is so used to controlling Britney that he feels a sense of entitlement greater than HER OWN PARENTS'! How can this man pretend concern when he literally came out of nowhere, placed himself in her home, and had her sign papers that allowed him a good deal of control over her life and finances. Thank goodness she did not sign over a power of attorney! This man should be imprisoned for grand fraud and theft at the very least. I hope that this poor girl can have a chance to convalesce privately without being surrounded by these sycophantic admirers who are all trying to extort her monies! I pray for her and her children every day. I hope that Lynne Spears is starting to realize what her greed and ambition has done to her daughters. As a society we assume that parents' number-one priority is the well-being of their children. I'd like to think that this is the case for Britney. But I have a bad feeling about her parents, especially her mom: why is she so hysterically averse to them? We're not talking about a little bit of grumbling. She's absolutely BONKERS at the mention of her parents. I hope that her therapist can get to the bottom of it; and that, at least, Britney stays in treatment long enough to get there.
I do agree, though, that Lufti and Adnan have to go, and by whatever means necessary. There is no way I'm convinced that either care about the real Britney at all.
I'm glad that the judge had enough sense to appoint a disinterested co-conservator. There are certain legal and ethical obligations that need to be observed. I hope that, on Monday, the judge orders that Britney be held for further treatment, with or without her consent.

AT LAST! this is good. Im sure Britney doesnt realize it, but these shady characters like Lutfi are not good for her. She needs some discipline and her parents will be perfect for that. I doubt they are perfect, but way better and Im sure have her mental health their #1 priority.
He may have worked hard for her, but this is an obvious health crisis, and that is a time for family. Only. This is where he backs off and gives them time to heal as a family unit. He is not part of their family unit. He is unclear on the boundaries.
The legal sanctions have shown him where those boundaries are. Done deal.

Sadly, the only way Brit will get better is if she REALLY WANTS TO because even though the right people are in control now what will happen when she gets out? will she be angry all over again or will she sincerely want to get a new, normal life with her kids included? That is where the real work begins for someone with a mental illlness like Bipolar.
